   Run inbox_list for open conversations and the unread count.

   Read the thread

   Run inbox_thread for the messages, the website on each side, and any deal attached.

   Check who is asking

   Run lookup_site on the other website so the reply is based on real trust data.

   Draft the reply

   The agent writes the reply and shows it to you. You approve the message before it sends.

5. 05

   Send and close

   Run inbox_reply after you approve the words, then --read to clear the thread.
