Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PromptRadar. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use the service under the law and keep your account safe. The full terms below set the legal limits for both sides.

The Service

PromptRadar lets you track how AI answers buyer questions, compare competitors, and find the sources that shape those answers. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.

You may not create or control multiple accounts for any reason, including to bypass limits, avoid enforcement, or circumvent a paid tier, subscription requirement, quota, usage restriction, or other commercial term.

Acceptable Use

Use the service under the law and respect the rights of others. Keep malicious content away from the service. Respect security and fair use limits. Use your true identity and access rights.

Growth programs and refunds

A growth program is a one-time payment for 90 days of work on one website. It does not renew. We do not guarantee that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI or Claude name your business. That depends on the AI tools and on the work done on your website. What every program does promise is the work itself. On day 1 we save your baseline: how often those tools name your business for the buyer questions you track. Every week we ask the same questions again and you get one improvement to work on. On day 90 you get a before and after report against that baseline.

Programs bought before 15 September 2026 keep the growth guarantee they were sold with: a higher visibility score on day 90 than on day 1, measured with the same buyer questions on the same AI tools, or a full refund of the amount paid for that program.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, email, and rate limiting providers. Your use of connected third-party services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. The law may allow us to limit implied warranties. These include merchantability, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptRadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
